Delta never disappoints me. I became ill during my stay in the US for the Holidays and needed to change my flight 5 or 6 times. This was so easy on the Delta App. And when I finally could fly, all was perfect. The only comment I could add was the baggage handling. I'm wondering if that was from Atlanta. I checked my bad in Nashville (BNA) and I changed planes in Atlanta (ATL) on to Barcelona (BCN). I just gave a quick overview of the bag & went on my way as I was a zombie from not sleeping and it was around 6:45 when I received my bag. Later at home, I discovered some places that were almost perforated. It is a hard bag, American Tourister. Anyway, too late to claim as I had left the airport but just wanted to call it to Delta's attention as it's your customers who are getting their bags mistreated in these airports.

My mom and sister traveled from Detroit to San Jose, Costa Rica with a layover in Atlanta. From Detroit to Atlanta, even when I have purchased 2 seats together, they were placed in different seats. My sister doesn’t have too much experience traveling, so by the time that she told me about it, they were already seated on the plane so they couldn’t do anything about it. From Atlanta to San Jose, the lady at the front desk told her that she hasn’t purchased the seats together so my sister had to show her the email confirmation in order for them to be seated together. My mom is a senior and it was very inconvenient that the two of them weren’t seated together in the first flight. Plus, I lost the money I paid for those seats when I purchased the flight tickets.
Ventajas: "Amabilidad y servicio"
Desventajas: "Entretenimiento pantallas no servían, no se escucha nada y no dan audífonos"
Ventajas: "La tripulación fue muy amable, asientos confortables, un vuelo en general tranquilo"
De Boston a Panamá excelente de Panamá a Medellin el embarque pésimo muy mala atención poco profesionales
El vuelo no ha salido, programado para las 9.28, ahora dicen que sale a las 3 am
Abordaje rápido, atención durante el vuelo fue excelente, desayuno estuvo bien. No había televisor individual. Generalmente fue buena experiencia.
Las azafatas deben tener un mejor trato y tener una cara más amigable y no una cara de autoritaria..
Muy buena la verdad es un buen servicio a un buen costo la verdad que muy recomendada
Excelente atención por parte de la tripulación, la alimentación en cada uno de los vuelos fue acorde con la duración y horas del vuelo. Para este viaje no tengo quejas ni recomendaciones de que deberian mejorar todo estuvo excelente!
La atención me gustó, lo que tienen que mejorar en definitiva es el sabor de comida
Más que a otros viajeros, uds. deben ser los interesados... No me gustó el trato de su trabajadora del Counter, Washington-Panama...poco amable, imperativa...parecía molesta por algo,...sus problemas debe dejarlos en casa y tratar mejor a los clientes...
Desventajas: "Nada pues todo fue excelente , gracias por ser tan profesionales"
Malísimo el avión se tardó en aparcarse y cambiaron el gate de embarque, perdí mi vuelo y estoy varado durmiendo en el piso aquí en el aeropuerto😡😡😡
